I just finished Gertie’s Leap to Greatness and The Wild Robot..thanks to a sick day!! I would never ever have thought I would like Robot because I am all about character. I now think it is at the top of my list for the year. Who would ever think a book about a robot would have such love and tenderness. I think I had tears in my eyes the whole time I was reading it.
I love Gertie too, what a cool kid.
