Heavy Medal Award Committee: Reminder to RE-SUBMIT
As mentioned in the previous post, the original call for volunteers for the Heavy Medal Award Committee (HMAC) got messed up when I mistakenly deleted the submissions of all 18 volunteers. I asked volunteers to re-submit their forms yesterday and some have done so. Because there’s a time crunch, I want to get the HMAC set as soon as possible, even if it means some of the original volunteers lose their spot due to my error. So here’s the plan:
If you volunteered for the HMAC when the first call went out on Dec 9th, I will hold your spot if you can re-submit your form by Sunday, December 12th.

If we still don’t have enough to fill out the HMAC, I will put out a new call for volunteers on Monday, December 13th. So if you were thinking of volunteering but things filled too fast, you may get another chance (thanks to my careless mistake, but still…)
I’m still hoping that all of most of the original volunteers will be able to re-submit, but just wanted everyone to know how it’s going…
