This month’s Heavy Medal Mock Newbery suggestion round up brought a plethora (5) more suggestions for our now strong frontrunner SIMON SORT OF SAYS by Erin Bow, along with 14 new suggestions and love for early May publications THE ONE AND ONLY RUBY by Katherine DiCamillo and A WORK IN PROGRESS by Jarrett Lerner. Our next suggestions open in June.

    Keep an eye out for The Death and Life of Benny Brooks. The book doesn’t drop until October, but wow. It is special.
