Just getting started: March Mock Newbery 2025 Suggestions
We’re not even a quarter way through 2024 and have a good chunk of titles to start considering for the 2025 Newbery Medal. I’m feeling like this may even be a better year than last year. I didn’t get to suggesting this month, but no worries I’m bringing a perfect 10 next month. We have 11 suggested titles with MAX IN THE HOUSE OF SPIES leading the way- followed closely by THE ENGIMA GIRLS AND THE FIRST STATE OF BEING Suggestions will reopen the first week of April. Just finished Across So Many Seas, and I can see that one staying in conversation throughout the year. Only a few chapters into the audiobook of Amil and the After, and I’m already hooked.
I’m impatiently waiting for my local library to get The First State of Being and The Enigma Girls.
