Mock Newbery Titles So Far: 21 possible Medal contenders
Our second month of suggestions is now completed and our list has nearly doubled from last month. Of the 21 titles on our list, 10 are new (those are marked with an asterisk). The two titles with the most reader suggestions so far (eight each) are by authors who have already won Medals, but the list is filled with new and veteran authors who have not yet received Newbery recognition. Our full list of suggestions appears below and we look forward to learning what you read in the next several weeks…we’ll open May suggestions in a few weeks…
